I think this is a move because they never wanted to get rid of the BCS in the first place. Like Ive said in previous posts, you can't have a true playoff when human opinion is the sole deciding factor. 8 teams is the only way to go. The 5 major conference champions get in. How they get seeded is on them. Then you have 3 at large teams where u could then use the rankings.

I don't see too much of a difference between FSU and Oregon except one team has a loss and another doesn't. Because of that I would have kept the noles at 2 and Oregon at 3.

I guess the ducks have 1 more top 25 win than FSU but is beating Utah that much different than beating Louisville who was ranked last week? They're both of the same quality IMO.

All those teams seems similar to me. At the end of the day I'm not yet trippin off of them being ranked 3rd. With that said, seeding matters though I prefer FSU play in the sugar bowl instead of the rose bowl.
