i don't know breh. gym alone can go a long way. when i started lifting i was still eating junk food from time to time (about the same, maybe slightly more than before i started lifting) yet the way i looked still improved quite a bit. granted i probably would have looked even better if i ate better, chicks were still choosing harder than usual...
this is not to say you should be eating 15k cals per day and you'll still look good. what i'm saying is that typically, working out will give you some wiggle room with your diet and it also depends on your metabolism.
No I agree 100% gym is better than no gym 10 times out of 10
What I'm saying is that if I'm gonna be busting my ass in the gym, I might as well eat better as well to maximize my results, besides gym & eating bad gon make u look good but you still gonna run into a lot of the health issues fat people have
Like I said, gym alone won't get u there
But it depends on what your definition of "there" is
If ur ok putting in your time in the gym and getting mediocre results compared to what you get with proper diet and nutrition then be my guest
