So this is the fukkery i found myself in the middle of this past weekend

So i have this chick from Chicago i met on vacation in Costa Rica last year. She's one of the "house head" chicks and we became cool and also have some common friends. She's been to ATL many times and we cool.

Anyway, 2 months ago she said she was coming to ATL this past weekend and asked me if she could stay at my place. I was like sure, why not. A few weeks later she texted to confirm and asking if her friend could stay at my place too.
At first i was about to tell her to kick rocks.... but then i figured oh well and told her "well i only have one guess room that's available but sure." .

Anyway they get here on friday so i told them i left the key in a lockbox and texted them the code so they can get into the house. So i get home and get introduced to the friend but i noticed there was some tension there and they werent as happy as they were when we were on the phone talking in the morning. Come to find out they got into a fight right after they got to the house and arent talking to each other. I figured oh well they'll get over it and be cool soon enough since they're here to party. I get in the shower and i hear all this loud yelling and shouting outside in the living room. I grab a towel and walk out there and find the two standing there yelling at each other . They immediately apologized and i went back into my bedroom to put some clothes on.
My friend followed me in there and again apologized for the situation but im like
