I did an hour once, washed up and hit the bed immediately like

, dropped it down to 20-25 minutes from that point on
OMAD + minimum of 15 mins HIIT (Basically the exercises on his channel) will get you decent fast
I dropped 7 lbs 1 week , 9 lbs the next, and 5 lbs the next two weeks, so 26 lbs total in one month
only caveat, tho, eat plenty of vegetables and stay consistent with woking out, Aint gotta be a 1000% vegan, but filling up on mostly vegetables with a little room for the usual bullshyt is another cheat code .
