You could argue Deron Williams. But even if he was, he's still the Philip Rivers of the NBA. Talented, puts up big numbers and flops in the playoffs. And has an annoying attitude.

But it's not a perfect comparison because Rivers actually made it out of the 2nd round 1 time.
