this is true but organ failing undergo anaerobic respiration to try and survive, leading to a build up of lactic acid as well as sepsis due to lack of function from the kidneys and liver. which kills the heart rapidly (toxic)
it is amazing how his heart was beating on its OWN for 30 minutes despite all the toxins being built up from the death of his other organs like his kidneys and liver and intestines
