I felt like they were just nitpicking or hating for no reason, but then I realized they were right. They have made the suicide dive meaningless.

Don't get a chance to watch ROH or TNA but Lucha Underground keeps it fresh with a variety of dives to the outside... everyone in the E does the same straight dive through the ropes.
