I don't mind it tbh, I just hardly ever use the start menu. I just be playin 2k and shyt, and windows 8 is nice for gaming computers. Copped a gaming laptop before senior year an I just play myplayer in every class, even plug in a PS3 controller and everything, it's too fresh.

Windows 8.1 is actually pretty dope when you customize it to your needs

• The ability to default to the Desktop at startup was a huge one for me
• Tiles for commonly used programs
• Last but not least... HYPER-V

Ive also been playing around with Windows 10 the last couple of months. It's basically Windows 7 with small parts of Windows 8 integrated
