This Guy Was Shocked When His Facebook Rant About Immigration Started Going Massively Viral
“Emigration is completely out of control in this country, and I’m sick of it. I’m not staying quiet any more.”

Emlyn Pearce is a 33-year-old writer living in London who’s originally from Johannesburg, South Africa.

Last week, he wrote a Facebook status railing against British “emigration”, writing that Britain needs to close its “borders immediately before the situation gets even worse for everyone else”.

The status has since been shared an insane 15,000 times. Here’s a full transcript of Pearce’s post:

Emigration is completely out of control in this country, and I’m sick of it. I’m not staying quiet any more. You can’t walk down a street in Jamaica or Hong Kong or India without hearing someone speaking English, and in Canada and Australia we have even introduced our own legal system, decimated local communities and installed our own head of state! DISGUSTING! English has now been imposed as the official language of 57 sovereign countries! FIFTY SEVEN!!! What the hell? Who do we think we are?! And the government is doing nothing: any British person can just pack their bags and go and live anywhere in the world at ANY TIME and nobody in the British government will do anything to stop them. If I wanted to, I could just get on a plane to Germany tomorrow, get a job in their booming economy and live there for the rest of my life! My parents could up and retire to Spain or Portugal at a moment’s notice! Why should we have that right? It’s political correctness gone mad! (And it’s also probably, somehow, part of the war on Christmas, and health and safety and women thinking it’s ok to wear comfortable, unsexy clothing.)

The figures speak for themselves:
1,300,000 Britons live in Australia; 761,000 in Spain; 678,000 in the USA; 603,000 in Canada; 291,000 in Ireland (11,200 of whom are drawing unemployment benefit from the Irish state), and even 8,500 in Mexico and 7,100 in Kuwait! We’re literally EVERYWHERE! I bet there’s at least one branch of Greggs in the Falklands.

We need to close our borders immediately before the situation gets even worse for everyone else. We are sleepwalking into a nightmare where a third of the world will be overrun by the British! AGAIN!

EDIT: To all of you really hench army guys sending me hate mail for writing this: I am gay, and I will furiously pleasure myself to your profile picture. Just so you know.

Pearce told BuzzFeed News that the current migrant crisis in Europe, along with his South African background, inspired him to write the post. “I thought it was time to remind people that this migration thing goes both ways,” he said.

“I thought what I was saying was pretty obvious, and that my brothers might click ‘like’ as a show of support,” Pearce said. “Last time I got more than one share was for a bean salad recipe, and that was shared twice (once in error).”

After 15,000 shares, Pearce has received a wide range of responses from people. He said most of what he’s received in his inbox has been positive.

Pearce said: “The most moving [messages] have been from immigrants or their children: ‘Your stuff on here is brilliant mate, honestly if I had a hat I would take it off for you! As a second generation immigrant living in Scotland I encounter my fair share of racist abuse, nice to know there’s plenty of good-uns like you still around!’

“I don’t like to dwell on the negative reactions. I understand that people are afraid of other cultures, or terrorism, or ‘scroungers’; I think those people need to be given the space they need to change their minds. The Syrian refugees who come here are fleeing a country where people couldn’t disagree respectfully. Part of giving them sanctuary is making sure our own society remains open and tolerant of opposing views. So when people attack me or denigrate me, I send them the bean salad recipe.”

“Right now, there are new gifts on their way across Europe towards our country,” he said. “New ideas, new talents, new viewpoints, new heroes for our children to emulate – and we need to grab as many of them as we can before the Germans do.”

I was shocked when I first realized how many English people live here (Australia). I went to watch a EPL game at some pub and everyone was wearing Southampton Jerseys speaking with a pommy accent.

Met this English chick, who lived in Australia, while I was in Chile. From hanging out with her, she conveyed the same image. It's like how kids graduate and go to college, Australia seems becomes the natural destination for English kids of age :yeshrug:.

She said much of it has to do with the comparable cultures, but really she needed to leave the depressing ass weather.

Oh yeah for sure, I would rather talk in Shakespeare English than some of those heavy American accents specially the Cali one:russ:.
Current British accent is nothing like what was spoken in the time of Shakespeare.
In fact, for the most part the US kept the OG English accent, rich English fukks artificially changed their accent around the 19th century to separate themselves from the unwashed masses and it spread from there.
