They pulled some shyt like that with Sable in the early days of the Marc Mero angle, but it never truly came to fruition. It was a taped Raw and she showed up wearing shades that revealed a black eye underneath when they fell off, and the camera made sure to focus on it. However, in between the taping and the airdate I'm guessing WWF got some heat from USA for what they were trying to do so on commentary Jim Cornette repeatedly mentioned she got kicked in the face by a horse and they never mentioned it again.
