Your quality of life is being affected, as people have to work on Mondays. Can't reason with anybody inconsiderate enough to be yelling/screaming at 1 in the morning.
Expect more of that type of behavior, unless you contact law enforcement/ city hall to complain.

Yea, I’m on her ass now. I was really chill about the noise before, but she’s been pushing it later and later into the night, as of late. I was banging and knocking on the wall for her to stop, but she kept going for about another half hour. I’ve started documenting, and will start recording her. I’m gonna try to get some type of authority involved.
