This has been the nicest February in my life for weather…should this call for a celebration or concern?

Probably screwing up the businesses that sell winter clothes and supplies (salt) that were supposed to be purchased for more snowfall. Don't think it's gonna be all that great for farmers either-they already protesting in a few countries.

Yeah Chicago has not been bad at all this winter. December was cool. January was cool outside of that 1 week of negative temps and ice....had me shook for a min but since then it's been smooth sailing.

This is why I say the Midwest gonna be a very popular region moving forward. If the winters continue to get more mild, people will relocate for the opportunities, land and access to fresh water.

Lock in some properties now playas, open some businesses and get paid.
