I only interacted with my top prospects
Occasionally a bad mismatch would slip by me
And you know what??
I wouldn't lash out at that woman for not meeting my standards
I would review my own screening processes and figure out what i did wrong ..
--and internally adjust myself how to avoid bad mismatches in the future

(I am not even sure if the scenario depicted in the original post is heterosexual
