This is a prime example of todays generation of hip hop fans being hypocrites

I couldn't even make it to the 3 minute mark of this review :scusthov:

The nikka with the dreads used XXXTes or whatever the fukk his name is album as an example of what a dope hip hop records is supposed to sound like.

They don't know how judge music on its own merits. A 41 year old rapper isn't going to spit about something 18-24 year olds can relate to no matter what. I can't relate to nothing on Playboi Carti's album, but I'm at least able to judge it on it's own merits.

Some of their critiques for Daytona are stupid by the way. It's like they were looking for any little thing to nitpick.

And just because you can't relate to the content, doesn't automatically make the music wack.

Relatability is the premium now not skill.

Newer/popular rappers talk about doing drugs, fukking hoes, and blowing money on bullshyt.

And nikkas confuse melodic mumbling/chanting to soulful music :russ:

Young nikkas criticize old heads for shytting on their music, saying they simply can't relate. But they turn around and do the same thing. Why even listen to it?

Then they bring up Jay Z's last album, like Jay Z just turned 40.

Pusha T already said, he only rappers about certain topics, because that's what he feels comfortable writing about, and that's what his core audience like.

Nas is the same way, as is other hip hop artists.
