Baking soda and peroxide.
I've used sea salt, baking soda and coconut oil. Activated charcoal is next on my list. I know some people even brush their teeth with a drop of Dr. Bronners Peppermint castille soap.
mix it with water to make a paste and brush normally
i do it every other day for about 2wks then take a break cuz its abrasive and can fukk up your enamel
brush LIGHTLY and dont do too much on one spot
you're teeth will be white af in no time
I've never used anything becuz I am a 3 times a day brusher. But i typically recommend the strips for my patients. I'll do some research on these whitening mouth washes becuz they are becoming extremely popular.

Outside of actually getting it professionally whitened of course. Got this for around 6 dollars at Walgreens. It really works.
Gargle for 60 seconds, then brush the foam on my teeth for 30 seconds, let it sit for around 30 minutes before I rinse. Results are amazing.

I definitely recommend what OP posted, I used to use that and their 3D White toothpaste (which I;d alternate with Sensodyne Pro-Namel because I have sensitive teeth) and it legitimately whitened my teeth within a few weeks.
