No they aren’t good or skilled drivers, they’re dikkheads that don’t deserve a driver’s license.

I’m like 90% sure now that I’ve encountered one of these guys on the highway in the Bronx. It was a black Mercedes GLE class AMG moving back and forth between lanes cutting people off. That shyt sounded like a monster truck the way he was revving the engine in stop and go traffic. At one point he gets behind me and I’m like making sure I’m keeping distance between me and the other person in front of me just in case I gotta stop short. Man that was a scary night.
