While enlisted transgender troops will be separated under the code "JFF," meaning that they were discharged under the authority of their service's top civilian official, officers will receive the code "JDK," which labels them a national security threat, possibly triggering implications far beyond the military. The designation shows up on job applications and government forms; it impacts a person’s ability to get jobs with a security clearance or even immigrate.

"Having this code, as best I understand, was last used for discharging homosexuals during the Lavender Scare in the McCarthy era," Fram said. Fram and others noted that, aside from the emotional impact of being labeled a security threat, the codes raise concerns for the future since they are likely to be a hindrance to anyone who would try to keep their security clearance and utilize it for a civilian or government job. Just from my experience dealing with them.

I personally never met or even seen a trans anything in uniform or not that I know of. Even if you don’t want this in the military anymore, they still served and that shyt is still something that they earned.


Hopefully, the community they are in will give them special opportunities or raise funds for them or something.

Man I’m a marine and I don’t give a fukk about that trans shyt. Like if you willing to die for your country, as long as you can hold a gun, you should be allowed in the military. When you don’t qualify for infantry or don’t wanna do it, well there is plenty of other fukking jobs. Like does anybody know a trans person in infantry? shyt how many of y’all know women in an infantry position or met more than 1. (Of course there are more than that) We be talking bout this shyt like they the ones signing up for the front lines at mass. The military fukked up for that. Because if you did things honorably and they gotta retire you for a disability or whatever you get that shyt. They allowed them in. Gave them an oath. They obeyed it. They shouldn’t be treated no different. So many closeted fukkers who have trans this and that on they mind all day. On top of that, we know the military gonna be male centric in all branches, so it’s disingenuous to even act like they been running shyt and getting away with things. I’m sure every trans person in any unit has had to deal with some shyt from they command

Exactly As a Marine as well I don't give a fukk. We had one of the Saucesy Latin Brehs in our unit back when it was don't ask don't tell. We all knew homie was flaming he did his job and we did our job. He got off work and did his thing and all the Brehs did our thing. Honestly I can hit breh up now if I'm in Dallas and he will make sure I'm good 'PAUSE' he knows I don't get down like that but we gon get drunk as shyt together.
