Yeah peeps can sue for shyt like that. I can't blame any of the dudes that think these are fake because if they are real that's asking for trouble.

Not too long ago there was some shyt on the news about a broad killing herself over a phone prank. So I don't think pranks on that level would be real.

i actually hope they're fake because nobody should have to go thru that shyt. plus they'd be sued out the ass.

but the sad thing is, these vids are gonna inspire someone to do it for real. I knew some cats at morehouse who pulled out a fake gun on a roommate and pretended to rob him as an april fool's joke. luckily nobody got hurt, but imagine how that could have turned out​
