This is Patriot Act 2.0. This is about even further government control over US citizens. They will be able to control what you read, watch, and hear online. Its so much bigger than Israel. The same way the government hems up certain people for "Not registering as a foreign agent", when they or their company gets paid or funded by a foreign country (That the US doesn't Like) for a service being rendered, the Government will now be able to do it to anyone visiting foreign websites or using foreign apps.
