Watching this has really made me re-think going to random spots where I can't see the kitchen. People shyt on Chipotle but at least you can clearly see what's going in your food. I imagine that most if not all of the hood spots with bulletproof glass are like this in the back area.

Most hood spots you can see the kitchen since its so small. But the majority of lower scale, take out chinese spots are filthy. Those ppl do not adhere to any type of cleaniness at all. I have seen it first hand. I have worked back of the house at restaurants before and we cleaned the appliances, mopped, make sure shyt was stored correctly, etc. This place looks like they just close down and go home as soon as last call for the kitchen is done. Look at that flat top

I only get food from 2 Chinese spots. I ain't eating out from just any random restaurant. Don't care if its chinese, pizza or even a BK.

I'll never understand people who stay eating from multiple different places, once you find a good food spot you make that shyt your regular.

If you ever noticed, the Chinese workers NEVER eat what they serve you. The eat their traditional Chinese food. Not the American-Chinese cuisine
