Banks is hugely underrated. His punchlines, wordplay, flows and story telling abilities rival anyone in the game today my friend.

I have immense respect for Banks man. When he's in his zone I swear he can go toe to toe with any rapper you put against him. Plus, his songs give off that grimey, dark, NY feel that you don't really hear much these days.

Banks gives off an industry vibe to me. He's an uncreative, formulaic, lowest-common-denominator rapper. He's technically a good rapper, but he makes songs for morons and therefor his lyrical content is limited and his beats are boring and redundant. Not surprising that he's touted on a forum that hosts 50+ die hard lupe fiasco fans and 20 front page posts devoted to petty rap gossip at any given time
