From what I've seen, once a fat chick loses weight they try to upgrade since the dude they're with is typically a dude other females wouldn't really want. This is just general statement based on my own observations, I'm sure there's some former fatties that stick it out and stay with the dude, but I haven't seen it in action.

I think triple OG has good intentions with his advice but its not realistic for modern day. Once a chick starts to get more attention because she is losing weight, the ball is now in her court and she can be more choosy in her dealings with men. To expect a chick to not throw you to the bushes (especially if your not top notch) once she gets fine after being fat is unrealistic.

if you got with her while she was fat, leave her as is cause you were attracted to her fat. If you got with her slim and then she got fat (while you remainded in shape), try to guide her to meet your level. if you also got fat, get in shape first and then when she sees the extra attention you're getting all of a sudden, she'll follow. You want your woman to feel like if she left you, you could get another woman to fill in her spot. Do that and you'll reduce your "girl problems" by 75%.
