Some Black Baby Boomers like Judge Joe really don’t care to fight for or advocate for reparations now because they lived long enough and know it won’t affect them directly. Coming from the cotton fields, being able to date outside their race and not being racially targeted daily was about as good as it was going to get for them, so it’s up to us and those that come after us to keep the conversation moving forward towards legislation and putting pressure on Congress and the DOJ to not stand in the way of justice for Foundational Blacks Americans who see themselves as #ADOS.
