it's an AI based tax program. But it goes above and beyond. It will basically eliminate the need to hire a CPA or tax preparer. Minimum input for the end user. If it works the way I envision it, I will try to partner with payroll companies like ADP. It i will be a one stop shop for tax needs. It will be subscription based with different tiers. And like the IRS does it, the were be free to file section for basic returns.


But getting something like this off the ground requires a lot of capital. And programmers experienced in AI engineering and machine learning.

Why do u need investors? And if you’re not the person developing the software urself, u run the risk of the developer u hire getting ideas. Non-disclosures might work but that’s if they were dumb enough to copy your exact idea.

getting investors may sound to u like you’re doing something. But if they end up taking a huge percentage of ur biz, u ain’t gon be too happy with that.

I’m putting up the money to build it. The investor portion will be to hire people to tweak and maintain it as tax rules change every year. There will eventually need to be office space and servers if it really blows up. Then a sales team.

If this software works the way I envision it, there will either be companies trying to buy it, or an industry of competitors trying to kill it.


I’m looking to source programming from multiple places. Not any one person or team will be handling the build. It will be fragmented.





Sites like turbo tax does some of what I’m trying to do already. But my program will be more idiot proof, and have more capabilities. The build itself will probably take at least a year. There’s like 6 steps that I’m following. I’m between step 1 & 2. Planning and analysis.
