Tried to tell the mods about these ungrateful b*stards. Having to read through hundreds of dm's from 40 year old men ,begging to have people banned. I disagree with the idea of a mod election. Choosing mods based on a Cult of Personality would be a very bad path to take. Instead, I would prefer policies, warnings, and punishments to be clearly delineated to the offender.

Every 4 months users should be able to run for office and whoever got the best campaign and the most votes wins.

You're a good bro, but I don't think this is a good idea, even if the person is on temporarily. Too many factions would form and create chaos among other things.
