Woooooow. I don't wear makeup so idk abt this, but I've seen makeup tutorials that use lighting, contouring and concealer tricks so it can really turn a 3 to an 8... until it rains

Acne + no eyebrows + messy hair = not look good. But she's lucky to have very pretty features, which gives her a great canvas to paint on. Most girls would be thrilled to look that good just by painting on eyebrows, wearing concealer and makeup.
If a girl has good features, especially eyes, make-up does wonders for her. Can't fix shyt like a fukked up nose or an ugly jaw though, so it isn't for everyone.
