I think streaming is a great thing. However, I believe all these different streaming services with their exclusives will eventually kill its own success. People like streaming because its easy, relatively cheap, and because they can listen to whatever they want.
But people dont want to sign up to Tidal for Ye's album, and to Apple Music for the new Drake, while they already have a Spotify account. This exclusives bullshyt makes people pirate music again.

The best option would be if all the big streaming services fuse into 1. The way it is now won't work on the long term

This here, it's a really poor customer experience just when people were getting back into some form of paid music. I understand the concept fully, but people aren't going to switch services for the 3-6 artists they like who have exclusives. Apple and tidal gonna overplay their hand. I still buy music and unfortunately I have an iphone which means iTunes is easiest to cop from without having to load music on my computer, these fukktards taking money out their own pocket.

How sway? That's the one reason i was considering switching to to droid, you can download zippyshare/datpiff/etc type links and have the music on your phone. Iphone does not support that
