we don't have to call that anything. how often is a crime classified as "white on white"? they make these special classifications only for black people that aid in generalized criminalization, predatory legislation, more charges and higher sentencing.

I think he explained it ok. The term black on black crime is discriminatory as no one uses the additional descriptor when talking about crime between two groups of the same race who are not black or crime between black people and another race. It’s just called crime.
