We must make our election between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude. If we run into such debts as that we must be taxed in our meat and our drink, in our necessities and our comforts, in our labors and our amusements,... our people ... must come to labor sixteen hours in the twenty-four, give our earnings of fifteen of these to the government,... have no time to think, no means of calling our mis-managers to account; but be glad to obtain sustenance by hiring ourselves out to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow-sufferers... And this is the tendency of all human governments ... till the bulk of society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery... And the forehorse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in it's train wretchedness and oppression.

It's funny how they have the people who spoke out against the central bank system and Federal Reserve as the faces on the money to fool the people....Got Thomas on the $2 bill.

They also spoke out against dual citizens in the govt and correctly predicted the civil war because of the way they brought everyone together to debate the new constitution.

Read the anti-federalist papers

While we're at it...

Money, being naturally barren, to make it breed money is preposterous and a perversion from the end of its institution, which was only to serve the purpose of exchange and not of increase... Men called bankers we shall hate, for they enrich themselves while doing nothing.
- Aristotle

People do not know the extent to which economic history has been whitewashed, nor how economics as an academic discipline has been corrupted, to have everyone believe that our current system, based on usury and neoliberal policy to accumulate wealth for the elites by the impoverishment of everyone else, is the finest the world has ever seen. The Nobel prize in economics is literally a tool to promote neoliberal economics.

That’s all well and good but the man was a slaver rapist so I’ll look to someone of better moral character for advice on politics. Also

You can look for more quotes from other people saying the same stuff around the same time.

He was a slave owner, thus evil. Therefore, anything he says is less than.

So quoting him is silly.

Most of those people were slave owners, drivers back then. The northern counterparts just sold it as corporations. Which now we see how they have enslaved people following the Rockefeller model. So we can separate when somebody tells the truth from their history if you're a smart person.

imagine thinking that the words of a human trafficking sex trafficking slave trader from 250 years ago has merit today.

Come up with something new and instead of holding unto the evil dead

The messenger fallacy, or "shooting the messenger," is an ad hominem logical fallacy where an argument is dismissed by attacking the character, motive, or attributes of the person delivering it rather than addressing the substance of the message. It is a diversion tactic used to avoid engaging with evidence.
