Jesus Christ is there a law that prevents cops from getting fired in cases like this?
Cops can randomly shoot a dude in the head and get paid to sit on their ass until the media heat dies down...
but let him do some white collar shyt and he gets automatically fired
Feb 2013 a cop shot my homie with a taser, when my homie didn't drop, the cop pulled his 45 and blap blap shot twice and hit him once in the abdomen striking a vital spot. He died in the hospital a few hours later. There was a home invasion reported from the neighborhood they were in, so the cop profiled my homie and his peoples, who had nothing to do with whatever was going on in that neighborhood earlier. They were just getting ready to hit up a casino for gambling and drinks at 1 a.m.
A month before that, a kid I knew from high school got picked up on a burglary charge. The cop zip-tied his hands behind his back and led him into the back of the squad car and left him there, but, the cop didn't tighten the zip tie right and the kid slipped his left hand out of the restraint, freed himself and got into the drivers side of the police car through the console opening (he was a short and skinny dude, so he could fit through the small opening). He started to drive off and away from the police man because he didn't wanna go back to prison. The cop then unloaded 6 rounds at the kid, and 1 bullet struck him in the spine, killing him. The kid didn't have a weapon.
both of these incidents happened in the same city, and in both cases, neither my homie or the kid were armed. and in both cases, the 2 cops involved were put on paid leave pending investigation, and were later found justified in the force they used.
