Every day they come out at the same time, shyt would look like a sitcom intro. This is crazy.
One of the comments asked how you would get furniture into those apartments.

I remember a few weeks back I was watching "State of Grace" again with Gary Oldman and thinking that guys dump of an apartment in Hell's Kitchen would cost like $10,000 a month these days.

I want to know the percentage of born and raised New Yorkers actually living in manhattan in those apartments compared to those Ohio, Iowa people who chose to live in these overpriced apartments just to say “ i live in manhattan
And you will need to make a solid six figures for the pleasure of needing to buy Ikea furniture, because that's the only thing that's getting in there. This looks like a reno of an older building, and this is possibly one apartment.
