The fastest answer I can give is that sticker is more of a motto than anything else. Jesus didn't teach hate. He taught love. The Bible states in Matthew 6:24 King James Bible
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

If people hate Jesus they will love something else. If people hate Jesus (love) what is the opposite and what does it end up leading.

It would but that isn't going to fit on a bumper sticker. He probably is but then if they have that also on their then they must let others speak for him rather than seeking out info on his own. 3rd option is the alphabet guys are already watching him..

maybe he bought it that way and was too lazy to take it off and the previous owner got it with the iron eagle then added jesus to it in order to fight the iron eagle

Well, Christianity holds that Jesus died for humanity's sins, and through accepting him as the savior, humans can have everlasting life after they die. He died to redeem humanity. If one rejects Jesus, they go to Hell... rejecting Jesus is a type of rejection of life itself.

Thus, the sticker makes sense... If you hate Jesus (Jesus = [everlasting] life), then you love death.
