Yes, I know this is sports related. But I wanted people's thoughts on this from a business perspective. I know all great empires will eventually fall. But it just seems like they dominate everything. What are you thoughts on this? I mean it's not guarantee of success so who knows.

It's a natural progression. Amazon feels that their streaming app isn't generating enough revenue and foot traffic and a good way to bring foot traffic consistently and get people to check stuff out is live sports.

They paid $11 billion just to air Thursday night games :mjpls: .


They should’ve upped the ante and got that direct tv deal to stream all of the games.
DirectTV licensing expires this year. Goodel said they going with a streaming service. Apple and Amazon are the two contenders with early reports saying apple will get it. Game changer for apple
