How enforced is this rule? My threads as well as other posters threads have been derailed in the past. Yet I have nit see that rule enforced until I "derailed" a thread gear to emo mod.

First of all I am not yoyr 'nikka' and second of all its nothing personal. Some of my threads have been moved under basis of being racial so I am checking if mods are doing their job or not.
