People who are too lazy to hand out the candy usually get it all stolen by the first greedy person that comes along.

How its always been. nothing new here.

This is what i argued about in the bait car thread. if you don't leave as many opportunities for theft, you surprisingly don't have as much theft occur. These people aren't Ethan Hunt, they not about to grapple down on some mission impossible spy shyt and steal, they go for easy marks. or not at all.
