Get a journal and start documenting anything and everything that you can. Include dates, times, and witnesses (if possible). Screenshot all your text messages. I was able to get my boss fired a couple weeks ago. I was able to get a bunch of people to corroborate my complaint, although they left it up to me to make the initial move. They faked on me when it came to speak against him as a group, but I persisted and they agreed to speak to the head as long as their participation was kept confidential. Hopefully some of this helps. Document. Document. Document. Check the wire tap laws in your state, and if you're in a just one-party needs to know state then record all interactions as well. If the hammer ever comes down bring in all your evidence, and threaten to sue. Also, remain on point at all times. No, conversations that don't pertain to work as well. Also, maybe look for a new job. No one should have to suffer abuse just to make a living. They are terrorizing you for 1/3 of your day, and even in your off periods.

Whatever you do, don’t quit. Hang in there and fight back, otherwise you’ll be quitting a lot of jobs in your life. These people are in every workplace and the only way to deal with them is to fight back and fight hard. Bullies do not mess with those they know not only won’t take their shyt, but will bring the fight to them.

Brehs I need some advice I am working for a luxury brand, a new manager came in a few months ago he's a South African cac long story short he's a grade a weirdo.

He's deluded in the sense he thinks he's playing you but I can see right though him. He has a strong bias towards the women working at the store who hold supervisor roles and have accused the men at the store of being mysoginists.

He is unprofessional in the sense he'll tell you he doesn't care about his job, he's just concerned about getting paid and going home to his wife...

Due to the women complaining (lying) he has indirectly threatened my job several times. He likes yes men, who will suck his cock but I'm not in the business of that.

He will hear something from one of the females who gossip like crazy and he will then take action by sending me a text talking about I received some "disturbing news" dramatic as ever... And I'm thinking motha fukka are you serious texting me on my day of about some petty sh1t which is a lie and using exclamation points to get your point across, like really?

He's done this several times and it's gotten to the point where I'm like motha fukka these are fighting words.

Anyway this pig is leaving the company and so is the assistant manager and the supervisor woman whose cock he loves sucking has been promoted as the assistant manager (who hates me) most women who are physically lacking do and I've told her to kick rocks on many an occasion due to her delusions of grandeur.

This slore will be running the store until a replacement manager is found.

So I heard from the guys this thing had the nerve to threaten my job talking about I don't want him on my team blah, blah, blah because of a transaction that the manager authorized at the time she didn't know this but was going of on me while I was away thinking I was responsible.

How do I deal with this, there is a room on whatsapp where management constantly throw the guys under the bus for minor stuff but never once do the women and specifically this disgusting slore has faced any back lash for her mistakes and she has made significant ones. She's been promoted to a managerial role and will further continue her shenanigans with me given the fact she has more power now.

This is the message I want to send to the room to let this b1tch know what time it is and that pig.

Due to a transaction that was authorized by management NOT ME.

I have come to know that a certain member of the management team on Saturday was raging and threatened my job because of this ONE transaction, again I will emphasize which was NOT authorized by ME.

Bullying, harassment, threats, made against my job based on pre conceived narratives or biases and any forms of slander I will pursue with HR.

I advise if in the future any doubts or issues arise, please come talk to me privately... I take my job very seriously and I don't like being slandered for something I am entirely innocent and do not have a history of.

Just state the nature of your concerns in writing, making plain the mistake was not yours. Be detailed about the unfair treatment you’ve received. Make sure you get a copy and hold onto it. That protects you because now if they fire you it will look like retaliation. Unless you’re really at work fukkin up. You sure you ain’t around there messing with the women?

Sounds like a toxic work environment. Even if you win this battle, you will lose the war, because shyt rolls downhill and they have all of yall swimming in it. If all this horseshyt is going on, HR is probably going to be useless, existing only to protect the company from the employees instead of the employees from foul treatment.

I would start looking for your next position.

Nah he gotta get something on paper. The situation at my job got so bad the GM refused to bring in someone higher than him, or from HR, to resolve it. Got a crakkka supervisor that had been having his way till I got there, and naturally we bumped heads. I always said what I had to say but I kept it professional.

Long story short, I finally had to file with the EEOC on the company, and part of my claim was that I had 8 documented instances of asking to speak with someone from HR but management ignored me. It took the white boy destroying an official company document and issuing a threat in the workplace, and he did and that was music to my ears. I’d been patiently waiting. Then I put the pen to work.

You gotta have paperwork on file, especially if your job is in the balance and you wanna keep it. Or at least if you just don’t wanna get ran out.
