Let's keep it funky. That conference built it's rep back when the sport was prehistoric. In my lifetime, they've only won 1 1/2 natty's (3 1/2 if you want to count Penn St but they were independent).

It's not a talent thing. Depth is one thing, but it's not talent when it comes to U of M and OSU. I don't think Oregon beats MSU in Lansing. It's really a series of bad hires that are wasting the talent. Look at Michigan pulling in top 10 recruiting classes with nothing to show for it. Wisconsin and MSU get less talent than U of M and they're outplaying us. It's coaching.

Though there is a lack of depth on d-lines and lack of speed at WR (outside of U of M and OSU).
