Its very close imo. But I have to give the nod to Notorious Thugs. That was a match made in Heaven and really Bizzy Bone showed out and abiggie himself showed how versatile a rapper his flow was insane on that one. Personally its maybe a top 5 Biggie song. I remember about the time when he died. I was at the beach and some PR kid just had Notorious Thugs on repeat.
