TI is a better rapper than Biggie for a few reasons.

This is what some people don't get. Big's music is timeless, this is why it's sampled, talked about, played all these years later. Big shinned in one of the best era's of rap's history. Just cause he only had 2 albums which he really didn't. He released over 8 LP's worth of material if you include all his features and other work he put out. People just love to use the 2 album thing to discredit him but it's funny, Big's 2 albums are better than a lot of rappers best albums. The Jimi Hendrix analogy works perfectly. He only had 3 albums but everyone considers him the GOAT gutair player. Why should Jimi be put over BB King, Eric Clapton or Santana who have way more albums and songs then him? Maybe people understand Jimi was just that good. Same with Big, maybe he was that Good that's why.

King and Urban Legend is all that needs to be said. I think people say BIG # 1 or # 2 of all time because if they say otherwise they will have an argument on their hands (real life or the internet). No way in fukk you can tell me that BIG is the GOAT from 2 albums a couple hit singles that like somebody else in here said, didnt age well. He was # 1 or # 2 during his run, but since then, TI and many others have surpassed him in my opinion

TI also has made the crossover better to other arts such as acting. Plus when a car TI was in got shot up he survived not Biggie(rip) which leads me to believe TI also had better street smarts
