Its a conflicted listen, cos I enjoy this record but my expectations were higher. This has some dope individual songs - 27 Club, Shower Song, X, Imaginary Friends etc but half the album feels unfinished.
Her songwriting skills are crazy - every hook on here can get stuck in your head. It makes it frustrating that the songs are so short, most the beats are so simplistic (I know its a stylistic choice but its gonna kill the replay value) and that she doesn't rap enough on most of the album to flesh the concepts out fully.

Dope project. She’s an incredible writer. If I’m knitpicking the only thing id say is it sometimes gets a little too silly but still dope regardless. Got a few songs on repeat already.
