dont see whats funny... he is hitting 300 yard drives... when there were widely accepted claims that he couldnt even walk... and would never play again.

He's swinging against a screen not on a golf course where god knows where that shot lands.
We have 6 years of on and off injuries that have gotten worse to know he aint coming back and winning majors anytime soon if at all.

Im just moreso shocked then anything that golfers experience things like this. I expect this out of collision sports but golf just caught me off guard

He's not suffering any head trauma but cmon.... Extending your back repeatedly in that motion for years can take a toll

I think he should take a long haitus.... While rehabbing and working on his mechanics

Then come in again

to be fair all pga players use those screens to train, they are accurate.... but regardless what matters is that he is able to drive in full motion... when the report that started this thread said that he couldnt even move...

Hell be back.

I'm glad people in here are well versed in his military style of traning. It didn't make sense for such a sport but to get to Tiger Woods level your training methods has to be elite.

What people need to understand though is that "military style training" is usually full-retard type of stuff. Running with boots and weights if you're not trying to prepare for an elite unit that specifically has that in their training pipeline is plain stupid and the risk of injury and impact on recovery compared to actual benefits is shyt.

People overthink shyt: try to do compound lifts of some kind 2-3 times a week. Even bodyweight stuff is good enough. Do some sort of endurance-based training a few times a week.

If the stories about his SEAL and olympic lifting-style training are true, it's a shame because none of that shyt would transfer over to his game as a golfer.
