Timestamped, just press play.
What are your thoughts? Is he right?
Video will start exactly where he says this:

I don't think 100% of the examples he gave are spot on but many are

Who is he calling "Left Wing"? Democratic party....yes, they are the champions of the status quo.

Voters haven't. Left wing policies win on national ballots and in most states. Progressive taxing, raising minimum wages, expanding affordable Healthcare, addressing wealth inequality, public school funding, client change initiatives, lgtbq34#@ equality, expanding pathways to citizenship, criminal justice reform, worker/union protections are not Right Wing goals and never will be.

Even still, the modern Democratic Party purports to defend all of the above but they do it at a snails place at best, as to not cause a disruption. At worse, the Dems fold whenever these policies are challenged.

Dems have folded so many times they've concluded its easier to conceded on non-urgent issues to win on the big issues. To the outside looking in, they've moved closer to the right. It reality, they're still center left because the Dem base is full of left wing, multi-issue voters.

The Right is moving further to the right for the opposite reasons. As the GOP became more inclusive after Obama's second win, people like Trump show up to rally the single issue voters. Proof? One of the most right wing bases in recent memory voted in a white Pres with an immigrate wife and a white VP with an Indian wife. The generation that voted for the Civil Rights Act, Roe and Brown wouldn't have done this yet this current generation is trying to undo those laws.

the "left wing" he speaks of still exist except they aren't idiots, they're known as leftists, anti-capitalists, socialists, communists etc... they are anti establishment and advocate for BIG changes that are in service to the working class.

the democratic party is a different thing. but people don't do any research or know what they're talking about so it's just babble.

Edit: I was wrong homie is right. Left wing is elitist corporatist now
Trump has 10% of the billionaires in this country in his administration. In his first term he passed a tax cut benefiting the wealthy and is poised to do the same again. Studies show black folks were the hardest hit. He let loose Musk on the federal government to loot the treasury, quash investigations against him and get more government welfare.

The current Supreme Court is made up of religious nutter corporatists.

I could go on and on. Now the Democratic establishment is far too subservient to corporate interests which is why there is a current power struggle between the AOC and Pelosi wing.

There is no such power struggle for Republicans. Nor will there ever be.

The US is run by the center right (Democrats) and far right (Republicans). There is no left wing with serious power

I hate when people spout uninformed shyt. It’s a buzzkill.

Dude, your reply is actually not even a response to his comment.
He said something about the democratic party and you replied with partisan differentiation. He never said Republicans were better.

Man, see this is exactly the problem!!!!!

THIS is why we are doomed! Too much partisanship mannnnn

That's like saying ya you are saying person A is a bad person because person A killed 14 people but person B killed 24 people!
So fukkin what, they both belong in jail, why even go there??

Dude. I replied to him saying the “left wing” is elitist corporate now which is false. I mentioned Democrats and Republicans to show the political range there is in America at present.

The exact problem is actually people are too quick to speak not quick to actually LEARN something. That’s why we’re doomed.

**DEEP SIGH**

Democrats being “Leftwing” is an AmeriKKKan lie. It doesn’t exist in American politics.

In reality, Democrats are Centrists that turn Right Wing when punched in the mouf by a hard Left truth.

AmeriKKKa
teaches its subjects to be desensitized and even be
pro-US Imperialism through US propaganda, to support the Empire.

Hence “Blue MAGA” when Democrats are confronted with
anti-US Imperialism, anti-colonialism, anti-genocide and anti-Zionism.
This is impossible, because of Christian rule in AmeriKKKa.

You see, AmeriKKKa is a Christian nation that’s only secular on paper.

In order for that to happen AmeriKKKa would have to go through a strong cultural secularization process which it can’t because of taught Christian conservative values and the strong political influence of the church.

All the Ruling Class and church gotta do is point at LGBT ppl and abortion — and those that would benefit from secularization and Left wing policies the most, will go against their own best interests and side with them, because “Christian values”.

Class consciousness isn’t there for that to happen.
And frankly, with the attack on Education and the current strategic reimposition of Christianity in schools, that reality is further than ever.

Ppl thinking Democrats are Left wing, when in reality they are Centrist is a prime example of the disconnect in class consciousness, political illiteracy en masse — and how easy it would be for the Far Right to prevent the necessary move towards the Left and cultural secularism in reality.

The culture wouldn’t allow it, because Americans have been conditioned to love the establishment, despite being an oppressor.

So no, this is impossible in AmeriKKKa.

The Netherlands is an example of a country that did successfully went through this very exact process.

I don't give a shyt what another conservative-leaning comedian has to say about anything, especially someone like Tim Dillon. These dudes mistake their lazy cynicism for insight and wrap it in smug detachment like that makes them profound. He parrots the same surface-level takes, misrepresents the left, and gives praise to dangerous idiots like RFK Jr., all while pretending he's just being a "voice of common sense."

I hate this belief that people are being tribal for not giving RFK Jr. an "inch," but conveniently ignores that he spreads anti-science conspiracy theories that actively hurt people. fukk him. That is recklessness, not authenticity. And Dillon doesn't even understand what liberal or leftist politics actually are, and he doesn't care to. He's just using the same tired, dishonest caricatures to bash the "left." It's all vibes and snark with zero substance.

People like you listen to idiots like him and Russell Brand, then come here acting like you're dropping wisdom when all you're doing is boosting shallow, reactionary garbage. None of this trash is worth listening to.

Well from a comedian's perspective, shyt ain't change.

Republicans are not having a comedian at their dinner.

But liberals can't take a joke.

That's the only opinion he needs to be offering.

And he's a gay conservative, don't take anything he says seriously lol.

Came in to post this and then some. I do think his commentary is valid considering being a comedian is hybrid position these days. This is basically an advertisement for this new special
