Timbaland’s Divorce Drama Heats Up
Timbaland’s estranged wife said she not only deserves at least half of what the music producer made during their marriage, she’s going after his profits from before they got together!!
Monique Mosley blasted Timbaland’s attempts to block her from his fortune, claiming in court documents that she’s entitled to an equal share of everything – even what he acquired before their 2008 nuptials,

“…the wife admits that his honorable court should equitably distribute all marital assets and any non marital assets having a marital component,” Mosley’s lawyers wrote in her answer to Timbaland’s counter petition in Miami-Dade Family Court.
“Moreover,” her petition states, “both all marital property and any marital component of non marital property should be equally divided, with appropriate credit given for any dissipated or transferred marital property.”

Mosley said in court docs filed Nov. 19 that she hasn’t had a proper job in years,

Mosley said a hard look at the facts of the case would show that Timbaland shouldn’t get the lion’s share of their assets.

“If anything, such consideration would justify a disproportionate distribution in the wife’s favor!” Mosley’s lawyer wrote in her answer to Timbaland’s counterclaim against her, where she also asked for alimony, child support and primary custody of their two kids.
Mosley filed for divorce back in 2013, but the pair reconciled, and she quietly withdrew the petition. But she re-filed in June, asking for, among other things, child support for her kid by another man,

Timbaland blew off Mosley’s petition, and a judge in September granted her request by default. But Timbaland fired back, getting the default dismissed and demanding in his own petition that the court divvy up their assets in his favor. Timbaland also said in court papers that they were on the hook for outstanding debts and that his wife had taken items from their South Florida home, but Mosley said she knew nothing about any debt and they only things she took were her clothes.
She said she has no idea how much her hubby is actually worth or the amount of property they own

The couple was together for 10 years and married for five and has an eight-year-old daughter. Mosley said in court papers that the pair still lived together and weren’t separated.
Timbaland appeared not to have a care in the world when BOSSIP spotted him Monday in Harlem, where he held a talk to promote his new book, “The Emperor Of Sound.” The producer even referred to Mosley as his “wife” when he answered a question about parenting.
