Time for real talk on affirmative action. Indians and Asians about to get that wake up call when the SCOTUS eliminates it.

I believe there was a school in New York that lowered the requirements for white incoming students because the students getting in based on test scores were predominantly Asian. It was crazy how white folks would go from being against AA to being in favor of it if it solely helped them.
They didn't even care about the blatant hypocrisy. But that is how a lot of white people get down. Asians will soon find out in a very ugly way.
AA helps them more than they think but they believe "we are the model minorities" when that myth was just set-up to undermine the native Black population.

This thread premise is not true. The real group that is going to suffer if affirmative action is eliminated is White Women. A great number of their gains over the last 60+ years has been due to the Civil Right Act and the off shoots of laws designed to bring equality.
White men intend to put White women back in line to help their incel sons. They want White women barefoot, pregnant and ignorant just like in the old days. They have already taken away their abortion rights so half of the plan is already in order. The next thing to go will be their education and jobs, because White women don't need any of that in order to be in the kitchen baking cookies.

Legacy admissions are a bigger problem than any kind of affirmative action. So many kids getting into schools because their family went there or donated money. Or they get admitted because they play some bogus rich kid sport like Sailing or Equestrian.

Affirmative action is an umbrella term used to define a collection of policies that are meant to bring about inclusion. They can be need based, gender based, race based, etc ...
I sat that just to specify that the only affirmative action policies that are being challenged in court are the race based ones. White women won't be affected by the SCOTUS cases on the docket.
