Crazy that they can trace his own family history back to damn near his great great great great grandparents. Some folks likely can't even go back one generation on their fathers side. He was breaking wilts record smashing all those mares. And you know he would have no problem hitting and splitting with his speed. Be out the barn by the time she turned around.

Yea I watched a doc on Secretariat a few years ago and they said if Sham had came any other year he would have been a triple crown winner and remembered as one of the greatest horses of all time.
Also in that same doc they said a few years after they had retired they brought Secretariat to Shams home ranch or whatever to mate with one of the females there, and apparently the homie Sham could sense he was there and started bucking in his stall like he wanted to throw hands
