Look at those open streets where traffic could flow...fukk that pedestrian plaza

Giuliani really did a number on sectioning off roads im Times Square from 1994-1996. When it was being turned into the annoying tourist trap it is now. In turn it made traffic worse.

But thats the story of New York.
Mess something up to make more space for money and tourists and hipsters to lamp around and do nothing.
