Lol you dont know my brother. but no he wasnt at fault


besides this happened months ago, and he still hasnt gave me a single penny to get the bumper fixed. not to mention going thru tolls and not paying them, or telling me period. so when i found out I had to pay the late fees for the toll

That's not the point OP said he never paid him back. I had a buddy back in the day ask to borrow my bike I knew the nikka was untrustworthy as fukk and I said no. He wouldn't get off my dikk all day and I finally said yes. This nikka goes to the other side of town and gets a ride back. Than when I ask him where's my bike a few days later this nikka like my bad I forgot it at a friend's house. I never did that nikka a favor again. Some folks just dont give a fukk.
