Yea it is, to an extent. That's one of the biggest things she gets clowned about from women - it doesn't look believable coming from her. She can't sell it or get women behind it the way someone like Rihanna has or the way Madonna did back in the day.
But she’s only giving off sex in videos which most female artist do.
She needs PR stunt relationship or flood the market the with good music. Start remixing people songs and stuff

She does it in photo shoots and some of the outfits she wears. I mean, a lot of artists do it, but not everyone can sell it. If the people who you are supposed to buy your music dont even bother to listen because they feel you're inauthentic, maybe roll with a style that's less offputting.
Also, I never thought her voice was fit for R&B/Urban sounding music, and that she sounded too "white". But I dunno..

Some of these women need to realize that they don't need to be these triple threat ass entertainers...R&B women in the 80's didn't have to have their ass and titties out, or do janet jackson level dancing... as long as you could sing, you could get somewhere.
