No. It's cotour/make up. You can have any nose you want if you know how to contour.
Her voice isn't that great. The bottom half of her body looks strange because she doesn't have any hips. She should wear clothes that flatter her body, not clothes that reveal her lack of hips. Where was she going dressed like that.
