OP you don't want to do this.

The amount of p*ssy you can get right now will drop by like 500% the more intelligent you sound and become.

Remember, the end goal for Coli members is to get p*ssy

In my High School years, they used to have well organized and accessible SAT Vocabulary builders, that helped me a lot.

The Prep books they have now suck, maybe because the SAT's changed a few years ago. So I bought one of these new bullshyt books, and read literary classics on free time.

I still talk how I want, but it's just good for written communication and understanding educated people. Simplicity is the key for me, been in well educated circles and it got me no where in life. But it's cool to socialize with other folks sometimes.

OP - some advice ...

Let me be one among many to congratulate you on this magnanimous endeavor to assist the overall development of humanity by becoming more erudite. You must allow your ebullience for what has become an anomalistic task of engaging in informal scholarship to 'test your mettle.' Never let your knowledge turn into mere lore or banal gasconading. This can be accomplished by being determined to never be platitudinous or a hackneyed sesquipedalian. For to do this would be nonidiosyncratic and frankly it is a panacea for those who are not truly or innately scintillating.

You'd find alot of those words in Classic Literature like 'Grapes of Wrath', 'Tom Sawyer', 'Death of a Salesman' and 'Moby dikk'. I normally read shyt like that for fun 'cause the stories interest me greatly but I've found myself jotting down certain words like 'Somnambulist' and 'Moribund' that pop up that throw me for a loop, finding out the meaning and placing it next to it in a big list for casual reference.

Definitely read more challenging fare from older authors as opposed to current day stuff for more descriptive words to learn even though alot of them might be far too outdated to use in everyday conversation without sounding like a try hard or a posh spaz. Best of luck, Op.

What I love about older authors is that they didn't rely on synonyms or semantics they knew that there was a specific word for every context. That's why the language has so many words. Unfortunately we've lost that somewhere in most instances. Still I find that non fiction has its share of challenging words as well.

Indeed. You'd see shyt like ''The tavern was ensconced in a mood that could only be described as jocund as the patrons imbibed with wanton fever, casting ire and dissonance to the wind'' and be all like :jbhmm: Did people actually speak like this shyt back in the day? Like even down to lowly beggars and the insane had full dialogue which had me wondering if the Author was incapable of dumbing it down, or everyone was just verbose despite being illiterate in some cases back in those days?

Haven't read much non fiction short of shyt of a medical nature (Cadavers, Pathology, etc..) but I don't doubt it in the least.

Tap into different social circles is the best way. It's one thing knowing words but using them is another.

Be cool with different social groups that challenge the levels of your intelligence, convo and wit

Don't lose your true self tho :francis:

If he's going for rats, sure, but most decent women above the age of 24 appreciate a man who can string together words and not sound like a muttering idiot.

That mute/mushmouthed thug bullsh!t is only cute to hood boogers.

A good way to boost your vocabulary is to STOP HANGING OUT WITH BLACK PEOPLE.

"Hanging out" with Black people can significantly lower a Black person's vocab game. Why? The discourse we have between one another is hostile, toxic and it's often dictated by the dumbest amongst us.

Only spend time with other Black people when doing something productive or having productive conversation.

Don't start gossiping or doing that dozens crap that we're into. Also, avoid trying to impress. Speak to express. Trying to impress other Black people can lead to hostility and resentment.

Also, strive to overcome white supremacy. Forcing yourself to engage your enemies at every turn will force you to elevate your lexicon.

Tell that to the 46 year old doctor/social worker/whatever dead in Harlem she was being a side ho to a hood booger negroid (10 years her junior) that got laid off his cabbie job because he got turnt up at a venue and shot somebody.

You think that she was looking for a nikka with high diction :heh:
